Spare Parts & Logistics Coordinator in a growing company within a listed group

Källström Engineering Systems in Eslöv - which is part of the listed Beijer Alma - is now seeking a meticulous, proactive, and customer-oriented Spare Parts & Logistics Coordinator who wants to work in an international environment.

The position is a permanent full-time employment. The start date can be adapted to your current notice period.

About the position

You are offered an independent and varied position with many contacts internally and externally in a company characterized by short decision-making paths, a high level of ambition, and proximity to its customers.

As a Spare Parts & Logistics Coordinator, you are part of a team that works with the company's aftersales. The role is divided between approximately 50% order/export/logistics administration and approximately 50% warehouse/material flows. You will work closely with the sales, production, and finance units.

Your main tasks

Order/export/logistics administration (approx. 50 %)

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer service regarding spare parts
• Book and coordinate transport of machines and spare parts globally
• Responsible for the shipping of our machines as well as handling shipping documentation, export documents, and customs administration
• Issue invoices and other documentation in connection with export
• Classify articles and products according to HS-codes and continuously update the article register
• Prepare statistics and reports as needed and maintain contact with freight forwarders, customers, and internal functions

Warehouse & material flows (approx. 50 %)

• Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Picking, packing, and registration of spare parts and components
• Handle goods and ensure that the flow through the warehouse functions efficiently
• Some register maintenance and updates in the ERP system
• Ensure order and structure in the warehouse processes

You report to the CEO.

Education/experience

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of similar administrative tasks within orders, export, logistics, warehouse, and/or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Preferably relevant education from KY/YH, university, or college (but this is not a requirement)
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing as we have global export
• Experience in export administration and international shipping
• Knowledge of HS-codes and customs management is a merit
• Experience with ERP systems (we use Pyramid)
