Pool Cover Manufacturing & Installation Technician
Location: Opa Locka (Miami), FL Job type: Full-time, in person About Cover Dream Cover Dream manufactures and installs high-end automatic pool covers for residential and commercial projects across the United States. We are a small, dynamic team based in Miami, growing toward full U.S. manufacturing. About the role We are looking for a motivated technician to manufacture pool covers in our Opa Locka warehouse and install them on client sites in Florida and across the country. This is a hands-on role combining shop work, field installation and travel. Responsibilities Manufacture and prepare pool covers and components in the warehouse, including machine cutting according to specifications. Load and unload materials, equipment and covers at the warehouse and on job sites. Install, adjust and service pool covers on site, following company standards and safety procedures. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting when needed. Coordinate with the orders and logistics team to prepare materials and meet installation schedules. Keep the warehouse clean and organized, and assist with inventory management. Travel to client sites in other states for installations, service visits and on-site training. Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Availability Monday to Friday. Willingness to travel out of state on a regular basis. Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus. Comfortable working outdoors, on construction sites and around pools. Able to lift and carry heavy materials and safely use basic tools. Experience in pools, construction, carpentry or similar technical work is a plus, but not required. We train motivated candidates. Forklift certification is a plus.
