Your tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES As a Foundation Officer M/F, you will contribute to the transformation and influence of the endowment fund by supporting the deployment of projects with high environmental, scientific, and societal impact. You will participate in the development of the philanthropic strategy, the support of pilot projects, fundraising, and the operational management of the organization.

To this end, your main missions will be as follows:

• Contribute to the implementation of the endowment fund's strategy and development plan,
• Coordinate the selection, preparation, and deployment of impact pilot projects,
• Design passenger engagement journeys in collaboration with partners, beneficiaries, and internal teams,
• Lead projects from end to end, ensuring the monitoring of actions, resources, and results,
• Manage relations with NGOs, scientific partners, donors, and other stakeholders,
• Develop fundraising actions with passengers, companies, foundations, and strategic partners,
• Build and retain a network of donors to support resource growth,
• Coordinate the organization's governance and support the activities of the various steering bodies,
• Ensure budget monitoring, reporting, and impact measurement of the projects conducted,
• Promote the achievements of the endowment fund and contribute to its development within PONANT and with external partners.

Requirements

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, sustainable development, philanthropy, political science, business, or equivalent. You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the fields of foundation management, fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships, sustainable development, or project management.

You are proficient in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders. You have experience in developing and managing partnerships. You are comfortable with budget monitoring, managing performance indicators, and producing reports. Experience in fundraising and donor relationship management is a real asset. You demonstrate a strong sensitivity to environmental, scientific, and societal issues.

You demonstrate organization, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills. You know how to evolve in complex environments, unite various interlocutors, and transform a strategy into concrete actions.

You are fluent in English; knowledge of another language is an asset.
