Your tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES As a Crew Officer M/F, you will be responsible for the planning of crew members within your scope, while respecting the deadlines and constraints set by the shipowner.

You will ensure the appropriate response to relief requests transmitted by the shipowner, from sourcing, planning, and personnel retention to the management and monitoring of reliefs.

You will carry out your missions in compliance with contractual requirements, UMS's quality policy, and in a constant pursuit of economic performance.

Thus, your main missions will be as follows:

• Ensure the sourcing and recruitment of crew members within your scope,
• Plan and assign crews to the reliefs transmitted by the shipowner,
• Communicate with the shipowner in order to manage specific requests and operational contingencies,
• Develop and update rotation schedules in the dedicated tool,
• Monitor crew files and maintain the database up to date,
• Organize annual schedules based on the shipowner's needs and operational constraints,
• Identify and monitor training needs in connection with the training department,
• Control the compliance of skills, certificates, and aptitudes before embarkation,

Requirements

You hold a degree from Bac+2 to Bac+5 in human resources, tourism, maritime transport, or management.

You are familiar with international regulations as well as the specificities related to the management of seafaring personnel. You possess a sensitivity for the maritime industry, luxury hospitality, and/or the tourism sector.

Operational English is expected.
