GROUP ACCOUNTING MANAGER - M/F

Description:

We are looking for a Group Accounting Manager in CDI for our client, located in Beauchamp (95).

Reporting to the Directeur Administratif & Financier, you will ensure the following missions:

• FRANCE ENTITIES SCOPE (APPROX. 1/3 OF THE POSITION) - ASSISTED BY THE FRANCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

• General accounting: supervise the preparation of annual accounts and periodic closings for French companies
• Accounts receivable and payable, fixed assets, payroll: act as guarantor for the accounting operations related to these cycles
• Taxation: supervise the production of periodic declarations (TVA, IS..), monitor tax charges, perform tax monitoring
• Treasury: manage cash management and 3-month cash forecasts
• Supervise the France accounting team (+/- 6 people, hierarchically), manage external service providers (tax specialist, expert-comptable) and communicate with third parties (banks, tax authorities, commissaires aux comptes)

1. NON-FRANCE ENTITIES SCOPE (APPROX. 1/3 OF THE POSITION)

• Intervene both in steering and supporting local accounting teams in their complex operations relating to the fields mentioned above (accounting, taxation, treasury, reporting)
• Manage accountants (+/- 5 people) in foreign subsidiaries (functionally)
• Cross-functional missions (approx. 1/3 of the position)
• Actively participate in the project to implement the ERP MS Business Central
• Lead as a sponsor or project manager other projects for the evolution of accounting information systems (electronic invoicing, treasury, etc..)
• Coordinate actions, document and harmonize procedures within the Group entities

Profile sought:

• You have a Bac +5 degree in accounting, from a university or business school and have at least 15 years of experience in a similar position, including at least 10 years as an Accounting Manager in a multi-site industrial company.
• You have good practical experience with MS NAVISION or MS BUSINESS CENTRAL, and have already participated in an ERP implementation project.
• Comfortable with managing small teams, you have already been in charge of a company's treasury, have good knowledge of taxation as well as notions in consolidation.
• Excellent operational skills, you are proactive, have good listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in English.
