CAD/PLM Support Technician (M/F)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first-level support to end users in their daily use of CAD/PLM solutions: ticket resolution, followed by the capitalization of recurring cases with the team and IT support
• Collect user needs and feedback, and contribute to recommendations for the evolution of CAD/PLM solutions

• Participate, in connection with key users, in the design and customization of tools
• You will then be required to participate in projects for the integration of new entities into the PLM and the evolution of the Group's tools and processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical training of type Bac+2/3 (BTS, BUT, DUT, Licence) in industrial computing, information systems, or the CAD/PLM field
• A first experience (internship, work-study, school project) with CAD/PLM tools is desired; knowledge of Teamcenter and/or NX would be appreciated

• Good interpersonal skills, listening skills, taste for support and user guidance
• Team spirit and interest in working in an international environment

• Minimum English level B2, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of German or Italian would be appreciated

• Occasional travel is to be expected, particularly in Italy
