Vehicle Technician for Autoexperten in Malmö

We are looking for an IT Support Technician (M/F), a permanent position (CDI) based in Voreppe (38).

Reporting to the IT support department, your role will be primarily oriented towards support and user assistance:

o Provide first-level IT support to the company's users and its subsidiaries:

• Locally or remotely via a remote control system,
• By telephone or via a ticketing system.

o Provide, install, configure, and ensure support for users' IT hardware (computers, smartphones, accessories, printers, barcode readers) and software.

o Monitor IT hardware stock and maintain the hardware database.

o Produce and update FAQs and user guides in French and English.

o Contribute to the securing of IT hardware in accordance with the rules defined by the RSSI.

o Transmit IT security instructions to new arrivals

• Training and experience: Holder of a Bac+2 in IT, you have proven successful experience in a similar position.
• Technical skills: Mastery of common hardware and software configurations, as well as the basics of IT security.
• Interpersonal and writing skills: Good interpersonal skills, sense of pedagogy, good writing skills to transmit clear information and synthesize your interventions.
• Languages: B1 level in English (oral and written) desired. Mastery of Italian would be appreciated.
• Mobility: Occasional travel is to be expected, at a regional level or in Italy.
