Technical Advisor M/F

We are looking for a Technical Advisor (M/F) for a permanent position (CDI) based in Voreppe (38).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the follow-up of internal or external customer requests assigned to you and perform the necessary actions to respond to the requester in compliance with our commitments

• Collect and synthesize technical data to develop and/or maintain the nomenclature of a device as it is in service

• Master the product and project documentary architecture and evolve it if necessary in order to guarantee consistency between our documents and the equipment in the installed base

• Act as the interface between the product referent, the system engineer, the maintenance engineer, technicians, subsidiaries, and the client.

• Collect, analyze, and respond to the needs of internal interlocutors (POMA) and external interlocutors (subsidiaries, service providers, or clients)

• Take the initiative to contact requesters in order to identify the needs and challenges of their interlocutors

• Conduct research in order to advise on components that can be proposed as part of the sale of spare parts and/or a specific maintenance operation

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a Bac +2 level education such as BTS, DUT, or BUT oriented towards technical fields (mechanics, engineering, design.)

• You have a first experience in similar missions.

• You know how to process information and synthesize key points.

• You have strong interpersonal skills and can adapt your posture to your interlocutors.

• You know how to demonstrate autonomy and initiative, particularly for resolving blocking situations. You have a sense of service

• You have a B2 level of English (oral and written to interact with internal and external clients)

• You are proficient in MS-Office IT tools (Word, Excel) and the use of an ERP (SAP would be appreciated).
