in the Order Center As a member of the Order Center team, you are responsible for comprehensive transport processing and customer support. With your commitment, you will make a significant contribution to the company's success.

You are enthusiastic about...

• Recording, processing, and tracking customer orders

• Monitoring deadlines as well as coordination with production, logistics, and sales

• Progress tracking of customer call-offs

• Maintenance of master data and order documentation in the ERP system

• Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal specialist departments

• Processing of complaints and inquiries

• Development of special measures in the event of process disruptions or schedule shifts

• Support in process optimizations in order management

...and bring the following qualifications?

• Completed commercial vocational training (apprenticeship, AHS, ...)

• Professional experience in the field of shipping dispatch is desirable

• Good English and MS Office skills

• Knowledge in handling an ERP system (SAP) is an advantage

• Strong teamwork and communication skills and good organizational skills
