Molding Machine Technician

i. Set up machine parameters, establish the "window" for stable production, troubleshoot defects (sink marks, flashing), and optimize cycle times. They will also manage the trial phase of the new endcap molds ii. Safely mount and dismount molds from the platens, connect cooling lines (water channels), set up the ejector pins, and perform basic preventative maintenance on the molds (cleaning, greasing sliders)

Qualifications: Diploma degree major in Polymer,Chemistry for Industry or related fields. 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in injection molding, familiar with hydraulic/electric molding machines, and ideally trained in Scientific Molding principles Experience with crane/hoist operations, knowledge of mold cooling systems, and mechanical troubleshooting
