PLANT MANAGER

To lead the Philippines Operations in the development and implementation of business strategies which are aligned and support the Polymer Link Group of companies with strategic business plan. Oversees end-to-end functions including raw materials sourcing, compounding, quality assurance, micronization, R&D, Sales, and compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related field MBA or PRCS license is an advantage Certifications in the following are considered as advantage > ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System > Environmental Management System (EMS) -ISO 14001 > Occupational Safety and Health Compliance (OSHCH) Deep expertise or background in polymer powder characteristics, rotational molding requirements, powder performance metrics, and modern manufacturing technologies.

Remarks: Exposure in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; Environmental Management System (EMS) - ISO 14001; Occupational Safety and Health Compliance (OSHCH) is an advantage.
