Your tasks

Process purchase requests:-

• Analyze purchase requests from internal customers
• Advise and support them in formalizing the specifications
• Issue recommendations: remarks, points of vigilance

Perform sourcing of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors in an international context: quality, price, reliability-

• Conduct consultations and lead negotiations

Ensure administrative follow-up of contracts:-

• Participate in drafting the contract in accordance with negotiations
• Keep purchase prices up to date in the information system
• Ensure follow-up of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors and manage disputes

Ensure quality follow-up of your actions:-

• Conduct audits of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors as well as approval processes
• Follow up on any action plans

Requirements

A professional in the field, you hold an initial training level of BAC + 3 / 4 with a specialization in purchasing.

You have a significant 1st experience, acquired in an industrial environment, ideally in the field of naval construction.

Your expertise and your appetite for the technical field allow you to be comfortable with this type of purchasing.

Mastery of IT tools such as ERP, as well as a regular practice of the English language, are indispensable assets to successfully carry out your missions.

The practice of another language will also be appreciated.

Agile, organized, rigorous, and tenacious, you are able to manage your priorities in a moving, fast-growing environment while demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
