SENIOR DATA ANALYST (MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to improve the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational and technical teams to identify issues, offer data-driven solutions, and visually present analysis results to management.
• System & Model Development: Design analytical models and develop monitoring systems and reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to support strategic decision-making.
• Cross-Departmental Analysis: Process large-scale datasets (big data) to provide sharp analysis and statistical-based recommendations across Production (output, downtime, yield), Procurement (vendor performance, raw material trends), and Costing (cost variance, efficiency strategies).
• Data Accuracy: Ensure the validity, cleanliness, and accuracy of data extracted from systems before presentation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a related field such as Management Information Systems (MIS) / Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the manufacturing industry or similar sectors.
• Willing to work under a Full WFO (Work from Office) arrangement.
• Highly proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel (Minimum scale of 8/10) to handle dense and complex data sheets.
• Mandatory familiarity/mastery of SAP Bio One / SAP Business One systems for corporate data management.
• Strong technical expertise in app Data Visualization & Business Intelligence; Database & Querying; and Programming & Caching: Python and Redis.
• Possess strong analytical and statistical skills, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a strong drive to continuously learn and grow with the company.
