The role of Finance & Accounting Staff: Incoming Payment Specialist involves managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions. Key responsibilities include reconciling accounts, maintaining records of receivables, assisting with tax compliance, preparing financial reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role, is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, overseas accounting, cash accounting, general ledger accounting, and accounts receivable and payable accounting is necessary.
