Person for the position of: inspector/senior inspector/specialist (WZL.110.19.2026.WTP DPR)

Scope of duties:

1. Performing typesetting and breaking of standardization document text according to current templates and typographic guidelines, including:

• preparing MS Word text for import into InDesign
• text processing in InDesign, formatting tables, inserting graphics
• editing block diagrams and vector drawings
• editing mathematical expressions in MathType
• introducing corrections and checking their correctness
• preparing PDF files according to recommendations

1. Processing standardization documents into XML format, including:

• assigning XML tags to complex text, tables, and graphics
• validating tag correctness and exporting to XML

1. Preparing MS Word files with English content for machine translation.

Requirements:

• education: secondary general - necessary
• skills: MS Office Suite - necessary
• foreign languages: English - speaking: A2 - lower intermediate, writing: A2 - lower intermediate - necessary
• other professions: Office worker - necessary
• other: The Employer expects:
• minimum secondary education
• professional experience and length of service with secondary education for the position of: inspector - 1 year, senior inspector - 3 years, specialist - 4 years (in the case of higher education, professional experience and length of service for the position of: inspector - length of service is not required, senior inspector - 1 year, specialist - 2 years)
• basic knowledge of the English language
• proficient computer skills - good knowledge of the MS Word suite at an advanced level
• diligence in work, ability to concentrate and engagement during work, responsibility and conscientiousness,
• good work organization,
• communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Additional requirements for the specialist position:

• knowledge of typesetting principles and graphic processing
• knowledge of Adobe suite programs
