Within the Digital team
Within the Paid department and under the responsibility of our Senior Lead Paid, you will play a key role in the strategic and operational management of our paid acquisition campaigns.
As a true point of reference for your scope, you will be responsible for the performance of the main acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), as well as the identification of new levers.
Your mission will also be to cross-reference data from Shopify and media platforms to extract relevant insights to refine the brand's digital strategy.
1. Management of paid campaigns
- You deploy, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, and Pinterest while ensuring the performance of different markets.
- You write ads, select relevant keywords, adjust targeting and bids, and update visuals in connection with the Image team and the Brand team.
- You supervise the optimization of shopping feeds and ensure the effective distribution of campaigns.
2. Optimization of our paid strategies
- You adapt acquisition strategies according to observed performance and business objectives, with a critical eye and concrete proposals.
- You test new channels, formats, and audiences, conducting regular A/B tests on content and journeys.
- You perform competitive and sector monitoring to identify high-potential opportunities and recommend areas for continuous improvement.
3. Data and performance analysis
- You build regular reports using Google Analytics and use internal dashboards to drive performance with a complete reading of the customer journey and profitability.
- You identify actionable insights and share them with teams to feed the global strategy.
Our expectations
- You have a higher education degree with a specialization in digital marketing and have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Media, including the management of SEA and Social Ads campaigns.
- You fully master the main advertising platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- You have a good understanding of e-commerce challenges and know how to adapt your strategies to performance-oriented environments.
- You demonstrate a strong appetite for data analysis, notably via Google Analytics, in order to continuously optimize campaigns.
- You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and a developed team spirit.
- You speak English professionally and enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
