Responsibilities:

Operations and Logistics Support:

Fleet & Driver Coordination: Assist in the daily coordination and optimisation of high-end vehicle rentals and vetted driver hire operations across Nigeria. Logistics Management: Provide hands-on logistics support to ensure seamless vehicle handoffs, timely dispatching, and rigorous quality control for every booking.

Marketing and Customer Success:

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our exclusive network of car owners, renters, and professional chauffeurs. Client Satisfaction: Develop and implement proactive strategies to elevate the customer experience, quickly resolving any friction points to ensure five-star satisfaction. Social Media Management: Manage, curate, and grow PolarRide’s social media presence across key platforms. Brand Amplification: Employ creative marketing strategies to showcase our premium offerings (luxury vehicles, yacht charters, etc.) and drive app downloads.

Requirements:

A minimum of a BSc in any related field  A minimum of 2 years of experience
