Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Passionate, Creative, and Good at teamwork.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction supervisor, preferably in the civil and finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment used in civil and finishing works
• Familiarity with construction-related software and digital tools (Ex: AutoCAD)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with the project team and stakeholders

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate civil and finishing work activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with the project management team to optimise workflows and implement process improvement
• Oversee the work of construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed to specification
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the construction activities
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues
