Operations Executive
Your tasks
Join our team as an Operations Executive to lead daily MEWP workshop operations, manage equipment maintenance and certification, and support technical documentation to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate daily MEWP workshop operations by assigning jobs and monitoring technicians’ progress to ensure timely completion
- Inspect, service, and repair MEWPs to maintain readiness for rental or delivery
- Maintain accurate equipment service records, inspection checklists, and maintenance histories for operational transparency
- Manage certification renewals including AR/LP, lifting gear certificates, and coordinate LEW certificates, SLDs, and PE requirements to ensure compliance
- Prepare MEWP operating guides, safety checklists, and familiarisation materials to support safe equipment use
- Assist technicians and customers with basic equipment familiarisation to enhance operational knowledge
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to streamline workflows and minimise equipment downtime
- Maintain workshop safety standards, cleanliness, and discipline to promote a secure working environment
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields is advantageous
- Experience in workshop operations, machinery maintenance, or equipment rental is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation management
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through effective task management
- Responsible, proactive, and able to independently follow up on tasks
