Barback at Fatboy Izakaya

1. Prepare and replenish ingredients, drinks, ice, and bar equipment to be ready for use
2. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area, including washing and storing glassware
3. Support the Bartender to ensure service is fast and efficient
4. Receive goods, store them, and assist in checking beverage and equipment stock
5. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications: No gender restriction Good personality, cheerful, and has a service mind Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and various ingredients; experience in the beverage industry will be specially considered Able to work night shifts and has flexibility in working hours Able to communicate in English for work
