What you will be doing

You will be the client-facing lead on a government project for the design, procurement and construction of a one-of-a-kind experiential college. The project will utilise modern methods of construction to streamline construction timelines and reduce time on site. As the project lead you will be solely responsible for the development of the procurement strategy, design management, tender and construction of the facility.

Develop a project-specific procurement strategy

Requirements

Experience & background

8+ years in project management

Experience within a consultancy environment, ideally in design, engineering, or construction sectors

Experience in MMC and modular construction practices

Base build construction experience

Education sector experience
