IT Technician

To strengthen our team, we are looking for: 1 IT Technician Area of responsibility:

• Independent processing of all assigned activities

• Programming of workflow solutions in PHP and JavaScript

• User training

• Project documentation

• Independent processing of support requests

• Configuration, installation, customer support

• comprehensive continuing education offers

Requirements:

• Degree from a "Bundes-Handelsakademie with a focus on Information Management" or

• Degree from a "Berufsbildende höhere Lehranstalt for Technical Informatics"

• Good English skills in speaking and writing

• Good interaction with customers

• Extensive MS-Office knowledge

• Knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems (Client as well as Server)

• Knowledge in PHP, JavaScript and SQL (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)

• Class B driver's license and willingness to travel

• Advantageous: Experience with script-based programming languages (CMD, PowerShell, etc. )

Experience with ERP/CRM/FIBU systems
