Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the sole importer and distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia. We’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Supervisor who will play a vital role in ensuring our products are fully compliant with Indonesian regulations and available to customers on time. This is a key position that bridges our international principals, government authorities, and internal teams to make premium beauty products accessible across the country.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure all products have valid licenses and comply with Indonesian regulations (BPOM, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Environment & Forestry, and other relevant authorities)
  • Oversee the company’s import and trading licenses, ensuring validity and timely renewal
  • Manage the end-to-end import licensing process, ensuring imported goods arrive on time and with complete documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for regulatory matters between the company, brand principals, consultants, and government stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with new requirements related to import, trading, and product safety.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth licensing and import processes.

You’re The Right Fit If You

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Law, or related fields)
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or healthcare
  • Possess strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks for import, distribution, and product registration.
  • Are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple regulatory processes simultaneously.
  • Have strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with external stakeholders such as government authorities, consultants, and brand principals.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across different teams while maintaining accountability for results.
