Your activities

• Independent execution of monthly wage and salary accounting for approx. 260 employees
• Maintenance and administration of personnel-relevant data and master data
• Contact person for employees and managers regarding payroll-relevant and personnel administrative questions
• Support of the entire Employee Lifecycle - from entry to exit
• Cooperation with authorities, health insurance companies, and social security institutions
• Creation of certificates, statistics, and evaluations
• Support in Recruiting as a substitute, such as organizing interviews, posting job advertisements, communication with applicants
• Support in HR projects and administrative processes

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the personnel area
• At least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Specialist / HR Generalist (m/f/d) in the field of payroll / personnel administration
• Good knowledge of DATEV
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented demeanor

Further info: For our client in Dortmund, we are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist / HR Generalist (m/f/d) with a focus on payroll / wage accounting in full-time at the earliest possible date.

In this position, you will combine classic payroll tasks with versatile activities in the personnel area and accompany employees along the entire Employee Lifecycle.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 – 17:30, Friday from 08:00 – 14:00
