Job Description:

Main Mission As an IT Technician, you are the primary entry point for IT support requests. You ensure the installation, maintenance, and proper functioning of the company's IT park (more than 200 PCs), in direct contact with internal users, partners, and clients.

Your mission is structured around 80% technical support (hotline)***20% escalation of incidents to internal technical referents.

Missions and Responsibilities

Operational Know-how Supervise and administer the information systemInstall, configure, and set up IT equipmentProvide level 1 support: messaging, telephony, hardware, software, business toolsPerform diagnostics, tests, and technical controlsFollow incidents through to their complete resolutionRegularly inform partners of processing progressQualify, rephrase, and prioritize requests according to their urgencyDocument malfunctions, incidents, or anomaliesPropose corrective solutions or escalate them to internal expertsTrain and support internal users and clientsWrite procedures and contribute to knowledge capitalizationPrepare PCs, wipe them upon return, and perform hardware inventoryDeploy applications, perform updatesManage access and licensesAssist members (email box confirmation, signature changes)Ensure technological monitoring of managed hardwareOccasionally intervene on various members' IT parks

Profile Description:

Required Technical Skills Good knowledge of IT architectures and the company's information systemMastery of IT security and telecommunications standardsKnowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux)Experience with Intune and the Microsoft environmentGood understanding of the company's business environment***Technical English indispensable (reading and writing)
