AI Responsibilities — 50%

• Plan the AI Roadmap to align with company and clinic goals
• Analyze workflows and select suitable Use Cases for AI
• Design and develop LLM, RAG, AI Agent, Chatbot, and Automation systems
• Connect OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other models via API
• Develop Data Pipeline and Vector Database for AI systems
• Test accuracy, security, cost, and model performance
• Deploy AI systems into production, including continuous Monitoring and improvement
• Define AI and data usage standards in compliance with PDPA
• Transfer knowledge and promote correct AI usage across each department

Programming Responsibilities — 50%

• Design System Architecture for Web Application, Backend, and API
• Develop systems using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Design and maintain REST API, Database, and Integration systems
• Connect clinic systems such as CRM, ERP, HR, Finance, and external systems
• Review Code and define Coding Standard, Testing, and Documentation
• Manage Git Workflow, CI/CD, Docker, Cloud, and Production Deployment
• Monitor Performance, Security, Logging, and System Reliability
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Reduce Technical Debt and plan improvements for legacy systems

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field At least 5–7 years of experience in Software Development, AI, or Information Systems At least 2–3 years of experience managing Developer or AI Engineer teams Proficient in programming with Python and knowledgeable in JavaScript/TypeScript or Node.js Able to design Backend, REST API, Database, and System Architecture Experience using SQL and designing databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server Experience developing LLM, RAG, AI Agent, Chatbot, Machine Learning, or Automation systems Able to connect OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other AI Models via API Knowledge of Vector Database, Data Pipeline, Prompt Engineering, and Model Evaluation Experience deploying AI systems or Software into Production Knowledge of Git, Automated Testing, CI/CD, Docker, and Cloud Able to Review Code, define Coding Standard, and oversee team software quality Understanding of Cybersecurity, Access Control, Data Privacy, and PDPA Able to manage projects, prioritize tasks, set Timelines, and control budgets Possess team management, Coaching, and performance evaluation skills Able to communicate with executives and translate business requirements into AI/Software systems Able to read English technical documentation and communicate effectively in a work environment
