Fulfilment Officer

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day tasks include receiving and validating customer orders, Coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams Updating inventory and order status in internal systems Preparing documentation for dispatch and delivery. Monitoring stock levels, following up with suppliers, resolving order discrepancies, and responding to customer inquiries about order status.  Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to minimise delays, reduce errors, and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of an OND in a related field. A strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
