Plumbs Up Plumbing & Drains is growing, and we?re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated *Part-Time Customer Service Representative* to join our team!

Position Details:

• Part-Time Hours (including evening & weekends )

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Book service appointments accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain clear communication with field staff
• Manage scheduling adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum *2?3 years experience* booking calls (dispatching an asset)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• *ServiceTitan experience is an asset*
• Positive attitude and team mindset
