GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Your tasks

We are looking for a Performance Designer specializing in static and graphic creatives. This role is responsible for translating brand identities into highly adaptable, conversion-focused advertising materials. You will support the user acquisition team by producing a continuous pipeline of static images, layouts, and banners optimized for large-scale A/B testing across global marketing channels.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume graphic production for digital marketing, user acquisition, or performance advertising.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing principles.
