We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who can connect the dots between Finance, Product and Commercial teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear business insight, challenging assumptions and helping stakeholders understand what is driving performance. You will take ownership of a product area while collaborating closely across the wider team, with the space to improve processes, introduce better ways of working and become a trusted partner to the business.

Your Influential Mission: You Will… Act as a trusted financial partner to product, commercial and business stakeholders, bringing a clear financial perspective to operational decisions. Own the financial partnership for an assigned product area while collaborating across the wider Finance Business Partnering team and commercial matrix. Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for your area, challenge assumptions and help build realistic, aligned projections and scenarios. Monitor P&L performance, CAPEX and key financial and operational metrics, including revenue, EBITDA and operating costs. Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and translating them into practical recommendations. Turn high-volume, complex datasets into concise management reports, visual presentations and clear strategic narratives. Handle ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis with sound judgement, ownership and appropriate guidance from the team. Partner with FP&A, Billing and Data teams to improve data accuracy, streamline processes and build more efficient tools and ways of working.

Components for Success: You… Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or another analytical finance function. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or another relevant discipline. Have advanced Excel skills and can work independently with complex and large datasets. Can interpret financial performance, build scenarios and confidently challenge numbers or assumptions when something does not look right. Are comfortable working with ambiguity and using your own judgement rather than waiting for step-by-step direction. Combine strong analytical thinking with business acumen and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Communicate confidently in English and build effective working relationships across teams and seniority levels. Are adaptable, collaborative, self-motivated and ready to take responsibility for your work. You’ll Get Extra Points for… Experience in financial planning and analytics within a global organisation, ideally in the technology sector. Hands-on experience with Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics or AI-enabled tools. Experience improving finance processes, automating reporting or introducing new analytical tools. Previous exposure to a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, even if not completed. A completed accounting qualification is not required. Thrive in a culture that values... Ownership and trust, with the opportunity to become a reliable right hand for complex analysis and business requests. Curiosity, critical thinking and constructive challenge rather than simply executing instructions. Collaboration across Finance, Product, Commercial, FP&A, Billing and Data teams. Continuous improvement, innovation and openness to change. Flexible and hybrid working after the probation period, with three days in the office and two days working from home. A competitive remuneration package including a 13th salary, annual bonus, paid leave, medical insurance and a provident fund with employer contribution. A diverse, collaborative office environment, company events and additional employee benefits.

FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERING TEAM You will join a collaborative Finance Business Partnering team that sits at the centre of Finance, Product and Commercial decision-making. Each partner takes ownership of a product area, while the team works closely together across shared commercial portfolios and priorities. The environment is analytical, fast-moving and supportive, with room to learn, take on meaningful ownership and shape better ways of working. Playtech is an equal opportunities employer. Our mission is to welcome everyone and create inclusive teams. We celebrate differences and encourage everyone to join us and be themselves at work.
