Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production workflow for interior decoration & fit-out projects​ and large format printing / signage jobs
• Plan and allocate work schedules for production crew, installers, and print operators to meet project deadlines
• Conduct site visits to coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers on interior fit-out progress
• Ensure all works comply with WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations​ and BCA quality standards
• Inspect finished signage / printed materials and installed fittings for quality assurance before handover
• Train and guide junior staff and general workers; conduct on-the-job coaching
• Maintain daily attendance, production records, and site reports; submit weekly progress updates to management
• Handle material inventory, equipment maintenance, and toolbox checks
• Resolve on-site operational issues and escalate critical matters to management promptly
• Liaise with clients for minor adjustments and touch-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience​ in construction fit-out, interior decoration, or large format printing / signage industry
• Familiar with site coordination, installation workflow, and print production processes
• Basic understanding of WSH regulations​ and safe work practices on construction sites
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
