Position: Record Store Crew Location: Canggu, Bali

Qualification:

• Male/Female, 20–30 years old
• Diploma degree or equivalent
• Passionate about music, vinyl records, and music culture
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Willing to learn about vinyl records, turntables, and audio equipment
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling inventory and store displays
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using POS systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and event days
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Broad music knowledge, customer service experience, and excellent communication skills are essential to the role. Punctuality, organization, and trustworthiness are a must!
