We are looking for an Admin Marketing who is passionate about the world of anime and digital illustration to help manage and market digital products on marketplace platforms. Main tasks include online store management, product promotion, communication with clients through social media, as well as supporting marketing strategies to ensure continuous sales growth.

JOBDESK

1. Manage orders and communication with clients through marketplace platforms and social media.
2. Create, optimize, and upload product listings regularly.
3. Provide customer service with friendly, fast, and professional responses.
4. Assist in planning and managing promotions, discounts, and sales events.
5. Compose and arrange the posting schedule for promotional content on social media, especially Twitter/X.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Have an interest in anime, illustration, VTuber, or Japanese culture.
2. Able to communicate well in English, both in writing and orally.
3. Meticulous, proactive, communicative, and able to work according to targets and deadlines.
4. Understanding the basics of social media management is an added value.
5. Experience as Customer Service, Admin Marketplace, or similar positions is preferred.
6. Following developments in anime, manga, or the Japanese creative industry is an added value.
