Student Care Freelance Relief Teachers

We are looking for Freelance Relief Teachers! Looking for a meaningful and flexible part-time role? Be part of our Freelance Casual Relief Teacher across our centres islandwide, supporting our after-school care programmes. Our relief team plays an important role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment for students when regular staff are unavailable. Assignments are offered based on your availability - simply accept those that suit your schedule.

Job Responsibilities (Relief Teachers) Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students in your care Uphold a positive and respectful classroom environment Escort students safely from nearby schools to the centre Guide and support students in completing their daily homework Provide basic academic assistance and encourage independent learning Support the Centre Head in daily routines and any ad-hoc duties Important things to note: Dress code: Smart casual (no shorts); visible tattoos must be covered All relief staff are expected to maintain professionalism and uphold the values of the centre at all times

Job Requirements (Relief Teachers): Experience working with children is preferred (e.g. enrichment classes, tutoring, or student care) Comfort and confidence in engaging with primary school-aged children A nurturing, dependable, and responsible personality Familiarity with local curriculum to assist students effectively We’re committed to ensuring every child receives quality care and guidance - even when our regular teachers are away.
