Job Summary Join PlayFACTO @ Pioneer as a Student Care Teacher and make a positive difference in the lives of primary school students. You will support their academic progress and character development through guided homework sessions, positive education and engaging enrichment activities, all within a warm and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Guide and supervise Primary 1 to 6 students in completing their daily homework and spelling tasks accurately and on time Conduct engaging lessons in English, Mathematics, Chinese and Science based on PlayFACTO’s enrichment and character development programmes Provide emotional support and help students resolve conflicts positively to develop their confidence and social-emotional skills Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child’s academic progress, behaviour and key milestones Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all students Handle administrative duties such as preparing newsletters, tracking student progress, responding to parents, and collecting fees and forms Support centre activities and perform other duties assigned by the Centre Director

Requirements A diploma in any discipline or relevant experience working with primary school students Able to guide Primary 1 to 6 students in English, Mathematics, Chinese and Science Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity A positive and solution-focused attitude when facing challenges A genuine passion for working with children and inspiring them to enjoy learning
