Offset UV Lead Operators and Helpers – Printing Facility in East Ft. Worth, TX. A well-established printing facility located just south of DFW Airport is seeking experienced Offset UV Lead Operators and Helpers. Candidates with experience on Heidelberg Offset and Didde Offset presses are preferred. Roll-fed to sheet experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities for this position include: Performing routine press maintenance as needed

Setting up and operating presses for production runs

Reviewing job tickets for accuracy before each run

Troubleshooting and repairing press issues when necessary

Collaborating with management on quality control and process improvements

Maintaining a clean, organized press, tool set, and work area

Consistent, reliable attendance on a daily, weekly, and monthly bas

Skills necessary for success in this role include: Basic computer literacy

Strong problem-solving abilities

Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels

Multitasking while upholding high-quality standards

Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers

Dependable with reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work independently, complete assigned tasks on time, and maintain consistent quality

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
