Executive Administration Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Maintain the calendar, agendas, meeting minutes, and decision tracking. Run the program's administrative rhythm: service and event readiness, volunteer tracking, department updates, and weekly reporting. Coordinate registration, Zoom logistics, materials, and reporting for programs. Keep Asana, Google Drive, and Notion current, organized, and audit-ready. After training, take on administrative preparation supporting staff accountability for Lovina.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative, executive-support, ministry, nonprofit, or program-coordination experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong written English, discretion, and follow-through; you don't need reminders to hit a deadline. Comfort learning Asana, Google Workspace, Zoom, GoHighLevel, and Notion quickly. Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, with no conflicting job or school schedule. Comfort working respectfully within a faith-based ministry environment.
