Brazil - Remote

At Platform Science, we work to connect everything that moves. Founded in 2015, we are an open IoT platform that partners with innovative fleets, app developers, vehicle manufacturers, and equipment providers in the transportation sector to provide revolutionary solutions to supply chain professionals worldwide.

Our employees are an engaging and diverse group of people who believe in the power of big ideas. We hire people with different experiences and perspectives to build a corporate culture that drives growth through innovation.

We value thoughtful actions and empathy for others. We approach challenges with resilience and creativity, while encouraging transparency because, no matter our background or responsibilities, we are one team.

At PS, we are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to work on the product discovery front, with direct contact with customers in the field. The person will be responsible for identifying real problems, transforming them into product opportunities, and conducting the refinement and prioritization of these demands alongside the development team.

This is a discovery-oriented role: the focus is on understanding the problem before rushing to the solution, bringing market and customer evidence to guide roadmap decisions.

YOUR CHALLENGE HERE

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team (Product, Data/AI, and Engineering) focused on building user-centric solutions. Your mission will be to:

  • Conduct visits and structured conversations with customers to identify pain points, needs, and product opportunities;
  • Synthesize field learnings (interviews, usage data, CX/Sales feedback) into actionable insights;
  • Transform identified demands into well-defined problems, testable hypotheses, and backlog items;
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment;
  • Conduct refinement sessions with the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of the problem to be solved;
  • Validate proposed solutions with customers before and after delivery (continuous discovery);
  • Maintain and communicate the product roadmap, providing justification for priorities to internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We know that no one is born knowing everything, but we would love to find in you:

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, with direct involvement in research and validation with customers;
  • Experience with discovery techniques (interviews, hypothesis testing, prototyping, qualitative and quantitative research);
  • Ability to translate business/customer needs into clear requirements for technical teams;
  • Familiarity with prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, Cost x Value);
  • Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence without formal authority;
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and with constructing the problem, not just the solution;
  • Adaptability to AI-Augmented Workflow: we value the ability to quickly learn and integrate new AI tools into your daily workflow, automating repetitive tasks and focusing on the creative resolution of complex problems;
  • English: adequate communication to collaborate with global teams;
  • Differential: experience in the fleet management or logistics sector.
