Main responsibilities
As a Mid-Level Compliance and Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the review and dissemination of the Integrity Program, updating compliance policies, conducting third-party due diligences, and structuring corporate governance forums.
Your role will be key to strengthening the culture of integrity, articulating actions across various areas, and supporting strategic decisions from leadership.
Requirements
Degree in Law, Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree, MBA, or certifications in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or Auditing are desirable (e.g., ISO 19011 Internal Auditor training).
Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) — mandatory requirement for interfacing with external teams and reading international standards and regulations, participating in audits, and communicating with global stakeholders and clients.
Previous experience in Compliance, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), Internal Audit, or Internal Controls.
Knowledge of the Anticorruption Law and good corporate governance practices.
Experience or participation in integrity promotion programs, such as Pró-Ética, Pacto Empresarial pela Integridade e contra a Corrupção, or related initiatives, is a plus.
Familiarity with reference frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 19011, ISO 31000, and/or COSO is a plus.
Experience in technology, telemetry/telematics, or regulated sectors is a plus.
