Job Requirement:

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in the same position. F&B, hospitality.
• Able to handle guest complaints and challenging situations calmly.
• Experience handle customer review and sales report.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Have a strong background in the FnB or Hospitality Industry.
• Strong adaptability with different and fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication & networking skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required
