What will you do as a Field Collections Supervisor?
Supervise and coordinate field collections operations through indicator monitoring, team management, and control of recovery strategies, to ensure the fulfillment of collection goals, productivity, and operational quality within the assigned region.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the activities and performance of field collections agents, monitoring attendance, productivity, and compliance with operational guidelines, to ensure the correct execution of the operation and the fulfillment of recovery goals.
Perform field audits and accompaniment, evaluating collections management and providing operational feedback and coaching, to strengthen negotiation skills and improve team performance.
Develop and implement field collections strategies, analyzing operational indicators and portfolio behavior, to increase recovery rates and reduce delinquency levels.
Manage high-complexity or high-risk accounts, negotiating recovery alternatives and following up on critical cases, to ensure effective resolutions and minimize financial losses.
Analyze operational metrics and collection results, preparing productivity, recovery, and team performance reports, to facilitate decision-making and objective tracking.
Follow up on the distribution and administration of the assigned portfolio, monitoring recovery progress and compliance with operational strategies, to optimize collections management in the assigned region.
Coordinate and develop the field collections agent team, following up on performance, operational discipline, and goal achievement, to strengthen the productivity and effectiveness of the operation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and collections protocols, supervising the correct execution of field processes, to mitigate operational and reputational risks.
Position Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in field collections, portfolio recovery, or supervision of financial operations.
Intermediate English
Experience leading operational collections teams or field recovery forces.
Experience monitoring recovery, productivity, and performance indicators.
Experience managing routes, portfolio assignment, and operational follow-up of field teams.
Experience in negotiation and handling clients with arrears or overdue portfolios.
Experience working under objectives and recovery metrics.
Technical Knowledge
Field collections processes and overdue portfolio recovery.
Negotiation and credit recovery strategies.
Administration and monitoring of operational indicators (KPIs).
Collections portfolio management and assignment.
Handling of Excel and operational control tools.
Basic knowledge of financial products and regulation applicable to collections.
Supervision of operational teams and productivity monitoring.
Preparation of operational reports and analysis of results.
Schedules:
Monday to Sunday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Rotating weekend days off
