What will you do as a PyME Compliance Analyst?

Job Objective Ensure the correct process of identification, validation, and knowledge of the PyME client, complying with current KYC/AML regulations. Likewise, monitor, analyze, and investigate PyME client transactions in order to identify unusual or suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with applicable AML/CFT regulations and mitigating money laundering and terrorist financing risks; to avoid regulatory sanctions and applicable fines.

KYC Onboarding processes for PyME Clients

Ultimate Beneficial Owners UBO

Clients Against Restrictive Lists

Transactional monitoring (legal entities and individuals with business activity)

Intermediate English

Experience -1–3 years in AML transactional monitoring, KYC, onboarding, or compliance. -Experience working with PyME clients or Personas Morales -Knowledge in alert analysis, SAR/ROS, and laundering typologies. -Handling of tools such as Google Workspace and monitoring systems. -Analytical capacity, attention to detail, and critical thinking. -Excellent writing, organization, and time management. -Professional ethics and handling of confidential information.

Technical Knowledge

AML/CFT Regulation (CNBV, UIF, FATF/GAFI).

KYC/AML Regulations (local and international).

Transactional monitoring and screening (blacklists).

Fraud identification and laundering typologies in B2B.

Risk assessment and due diligence.

Legal and financial documentary analysis.

Desirable experience with Mac systems (iOS).
