Job Objective

You will be responsible for supervising logistics, inventory, and operational support. Your work will ensure that the operational machinery functions without interruptions.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Inventory and Warehouse Control: Manage the stock of cards, welcome kits, cell phones, backpacks, and operational equipment. Perform cycle counts and reconciliations.

Logistics and Distribution: Coordinate the delivery of materials to Embajadores and Team Leads. Prepare equipment for new hires and manage movements between offices or regions.

Field Operational Support: Monitor inventory levels and anticipate needs. Support the implementation of new processes and operational pilots.

Inter-area Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with IT, Reclutamiento, and Operaciones for equipment replacement and vendor management.

Role Evolution: Adapt and absorb new administrative and logistical tasks as the operation grows and transforms.

What are we looking for in you?

Hands-on Profile: You are not afraid of direct operation and getting your hands dirty in the warehouse if necessary.

Conversational English.

Impeccable Organization: Attention to detail to maintain strict control of assets.

Problem Solving: Sense of urgency to manage equipment replacements or losses.

Tool Proficiency: Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and control systems.

Experience: Desirable in logistics, warehouses, inventories, or operational support.

Requirements:

Education: Completed Bachillerato (Bachelor's degree in Administración or related field desirable).

Languages: Conversational English (Intermediate Level / B1-B2).

Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
