At Banco PLATA, we are looking for an HR Business Partner Lead who will be a strategic partner to the business and who has the capacity to accompany leaders, drive talent initiatives, and actively contribute to the evolution of our culture and organization.

What will you do in this role?

You will be a strategic partner to the business areas, accompanying leaders on matters of performance, development, organizational structure, culture, and decision-making.

You will have a key role in:

• Accompanying and advising leaders on decisions related to talent and organization.
• Designing and implementing development, performance, and culture initiatives.
• Analyzing people metrics to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and accompanying organizational change processes.
• Addressing and following up on complex labor situations, working closely with the corresponding areas.
• Driving initiatives that accompany the growth and evolution of Banco PLATA.
• Ensuring a consistent experience for leaders and collaborators.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a person with a minimum of 5 years of solid experience as an HR Business Partner, HRBP Senior, or in similar positions, with experience accompanying leaders and making talent decisions with an impact on the business.

We need:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields with a focus on people management.
• Solid experience as an HRBP and working directly with leaders.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• High capacity for communication, influence, and negotiation.
• Judgment for decision-making and handling complex situations.
• Experience using talent data and metrics to generate insights.
• Solid knowledge of Human Resources processes and labor matters.
• Conversational English is indispensable, for interaction with stakeholders and participation in meetings in a growing business environment.
