Requirements

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years in AML/CFT functions, alert monitoring, customer investigation, or regulatory compliance.
  • Desirable experience in financial institutions, fintech, or regulated entities.

Knowledge

  • Applicable AML/CFT regulations (UIF, CNBV, GAFI/FATF, Basilea, OFAC).
  • Use of automated transactional monitoring systems.
  • Handling of basic financial analysis (bank statements, movement patterns).
  • Analysis of unusual patterns and activities.
  • Management of databases, control tools, and banking systems (Google sheets, Docs, Google Workspace, internal systems).
  • Intermediate English (mandatory).
  • Experience using Mac systems (iOS) is desirable.

What we offer

Rotating schedule: Changes on a monthly basis.

  • Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Monday to Sunday from 11:30 pm to 08:00 pm (rotating)
  • Rest days: 2 consecutive days (rotating)
