Become part of a highly motivated team that combines local strengths in Reutte, Austria with the global knowledge and values of the Plansee Gruppe. 1 Automation Technician / Automation Engineer (f/m/d) Your tasks:

• Conception, implementation, and commissioning of automation solutions within the framework of investment and development projects

• Programming of industrial controls as well as development of intuitive plant and machine visualizations for internal special plant construction

• Technical support, continuous optimization, and modernization of existing plants including their networking and expansion in the sense of digitalization and Industrie 4.0

• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation such as plant documentation, functional specifications, and interface specifications

• Technical support in the sustainable optimization of production processes, e.g., through the integration of third-party systems, industrial robots, and new automation technologies

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of electrical or automation engineering or a comparable qualification (HTL, IKA, Meisterabschluss, state-certified electrical engineer) with several years of practical experience

• Programming knowledge in automation (e.g., TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, TwinCAT, WinCC) as well as ideally CAD know-how (EPLAN)

• Practical experience with modern automation systems and digitalization solutions; knowledge of CE conformity, safety technology, and risk analyses is a plus

• Broad technical understanding, combined with curiosity, joy of innovation, and the ambition to continuously improve things

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, high flexibility, as well as good English skills in speaking and writing

Legally mandatory notice in Austria: Minimum remuneration according to the Metall collective agreement (F) € 53,241.02 gross / p.a. based on 14 payments. The actual offer takes into account market prices, qualification, and professional experience.
