Group Strategy and FP&A Director

About the company

I am supporting an exciting growing London based business in seeking an exceptional senior finance professional with a pedigree in FP&A, to help shape business strategy, forecasting and reporting processes whilst also building scalable analytics and decision support capabilities to help the organisation to enable further growth and long-term value creation.

Your tasks

Reporting to the Group CFO key responsibilities will be:

Own the consolidated performance analysis, providing clear insights to the executive leadership.

Drive regular performance reviews, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and performance trends.

Develop scalable reporting indicators and dashboards that aid effective decision-making across the organisation.

Leverage data and analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy, performance insights and commercial outcomes..

Support business initiatives including market expansion, M&A evaluation, investment proposals and strategic projects.

Work closely with the wider senior finance, operations and commercial teams.

Requirements

You will hold a recognised professional accounting qualification and have significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance or related senior finance leadership roles.

Your track record in driving FP&A and the provision of dashboards and performance management information will speak for itself and you will need to demonstrate the value you have added through your insights.

You will possess exceptional analytical and financial modelling capabilities and thrive in an environment where these will be put to the test on an on-going basis.

It goes without saying you will be an strong communicator comfortable supporting a highly driven and stellar senior management team.
