Finance Manager

Your tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to oversee the financial operations of one of our client's sites in South London..

You will play a vital role in maintaining strong financial processes and will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial management supporting a Head of Operations.

Prepare monthly management accounts.

Prepare and manage the weekly supplier payment schedule.

Support the Head of Operations in providing auditors with required information and documentation.

Perform regular bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist in the annual budget preparation process.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding fee payments.

Process petty cash and reconcile accounts.

Provide extensive support for budget-setting and month-end processes.

Assist with insurance renewals and lease agreements.

Support the transition to a paperless finance system.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, being either qualified or at the latter stages of their studies for a professional accounting qualification.
