Responsibilities: Manage, service and develop your assigned portfolio Build relationships with cents & leads to serve as a trusted advisor to them Provide administrative and customer service to clients related to general class of insurance products Engage in discussions on improving company processes and product offerings Billing of clients and any other related ad hoc duties 5 Days (Mon to Fri) / 9am to 6pm / near Chinatown Immediate

Requirements: Min. Local Diploma preferably with General Insurance Certification &/or Certification on Health Insurance To have at least 2 years of related/relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT Skills Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients) Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills Independent, confident, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task efficiently Able to work under pressure and in a team By applying, you consent that the contents of your CV and answers in the form will be processed for the purpose of job matching.
