Responsibilities Handle and process motor insurance claims promptly, professionally, and fairly within the required turnaround time, subject to the stipulated authority limits and company procedures;

Ensure claim reserves are reviewed and updated promptly to reflect realistic values;

Identify and effectively address any claims that may involve potential fraudulent activity;

Handle telephone and email enquiries while assisting walk-in customers and claimants;

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and intermediaries;

Mentor administration assistants in their support role;

Review and streamline work processes to improve operational efficiency;

Ensure all recovery claims are pursued and followed-up periodically to ensure resolution;

Conduct regular reviews of active claim files;

Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.

Requirements Minimum qualification of Diploma or CGI/equivalent insurance certification. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in insurance claims are also encouraged to apply. Attractive remuneration package will be offered based on experience and suitability. Possess good interpersonal and communications skills. Able to multi-task, is a team player and willing to learn new skills. Conscientious, tactful and customer-focused. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
